Johnson & Zager PLLC announces that partner Jan G. Zager has retired from law practice as of January 31, 2024.  Former clients who wish referrals to new attorneys should contact her directly at her law firm address. 

Forty-two—almost forty-three—years of practice in two jurisdictions and diverse practice areas has made for a rewarding and exhausting legal career and it is time for new adventures.  Thank you to my clients for putting their trust in me.  Thank you to my friend and law partner, Pat Johnson, who has made the final four years of practice free of firm intrigue and full of firm fun.

Pat’s practice centers on commercial law, with an emphasis on Small Business Administration (SBA) and government guaranteed and conventional commercial lending. She represents lenders in a variety of SBA 7(a) guaranty and 504 loan issues, including loan eligibility issues, closing, servicing, liquidation and guaranty purchases. Pat is also a designated closing attorney for several Certified Development Companies operating in Idaho and Washington.
